gumtree ads

Hi
Was having a look on gumtree today i dont know why has it upsets me looking at the ads in the pet section How Can some folk be so heartless selling there staffys just because they dont have time for them anymore or they have had a new baby i even came across a ad a while ago saying they wanted rid because it was always hungry and they didnt want to share there pizzas and kebab with it all the time what a flaming joke that is some folk are just so unreal.I Could never ever part with any of my dogs i love them so much they are my family Some people are so heartless.I just carnt believe they can have them a few years then just get rid.We know also of someone who lives not far from us she loves them when they are pups but as soon as they get to around 7 months of age she wants rid of them Okay some ads may be geniune like they have to move and carnt take the dog or they are having money problems but people should think about all this before taking on a dog or any other type of pet rant over

yes it is heart breaking i in my ignorance got my Trouble from a gumtree advert and while looking was surprised that people were just willing to give their pets up for no valid reason...i am glad i have my furry baby but would never buy like that again as i have learned alot from this forum and others how ppl are out to make a quick buck but have no concerns and welfare for the dog ...but i glad i got Trouble would not be without him

We got milly of gumtree i wouldnt buy another of gumtree either.My next one is going to be a rescue.What realy annoys me is these people who place these ads dont have a clue where theses dogs are going to end up,A dog is for live and people should take this into consideration when they decide to get themselves a pet

I cannot bring myself to look on this gumtree thing, I know it would just upset me too much then I would get angry too.

I saw a staffy puppy only a few months old this morning on gumtree for £50 , poor little bugger . I was very tempted to buy it and find a new home for it but i don't want to start down that road.

Would never trust anything advertised on Gumtree. If something is worthy of advertising then actually pay for it on a reputable website or publication.

Haha same!! Id buy a masion and they can all have their own large bedroom and play area! Lol Gumtree is awful they need to do something about it people wrote long story's how they can't keep it and then charge like £400 obviously just a money making thing instead of taking it to a rescue place which can help find it a good new owner. I know it my broke my heart really did doggies don't deserve it whoever this person was shouldn't be allowed to have one in the first place!

Dont the idiots think that dogs have feelings.Some of the ads on that gumtree are so unbelievable,i wont be going on the gumtree site again its way two upsetting

I do generally think they think that dogs are just like stuffed animals they dont have feelings or anything, really don't know how people can be so heartless it's cruel.

I also bought my Mollie off gumtree, advert did seem genuine until I came to pick her up from the dump she was living in. I see her more as a rescue dog as I rescued her from there.
