Pickle is ready to come home

They called me today to say they spoke to another vet and he agreed with me and she can come home
I really thought they were not going to call me anytime soon (see other post "pickle is not coming home) therefore i got murphy.

The thing is i love pickle and i want her to come home with me but we are only allowed 2 dogs I want to get her any how but i dont want to upset anyone

cant you smuggle her in,im sure no one would notice!

Thats a bit of a kick in the teeth, what are they playing at?!

sorry for being a bit dumb - I've obviously missed a crucial part of this story... I read about how the rescue weren't letting you take Pickle home which must have been very upsetting for you.
Did you decide to get the original puppy instead? Or is Murphy a different puppy? I'm confused. Is that Murphy in your avatar? he looks like a poppet

Do you know anyone else well enough who could take her on ?

/No i dont know anyone I will just have to let them know we cant take her.
Just so mad if they were more clear and did not break my wee mans heart she would be sat on our sofa instead of a kennel floor
We can't sneak her in the council office is across the street oh so pi**ed off.
Murphy had to be gone by the weekend by the people i bought him off i found him on gumtree. He is 11weeks old had no jabs or worming treatments so i know im giving him a better home too just, oh i dont know

don't beat yourself up, pickle is obviously very loved and already has a place in the rescue , someone will come soon. You have took Murphy and who knows what would have happened if you hadn't come along and give him a home. It seems like gumtree is the www. rescue.uk and you've done a good thing:)

ah it must be heart breaking for you but you was'nt to know.the problem with her ears they made it sound like it could take awhile be for they would let her go

I know you must feel pretty guilty but please don't. You've given a staff a forever home and Pickle will get one also Xx

Thank you everyone you have made me feel a little better about it I know i have gave murphy a better home. He is currently on my husbands lap fast asleep, he is getting his first jab on wed so soon we will all get long walks together. I cooked him scrambled eggs rice and tuna for his tea and he wolfed it down and his stomach seems to be better.

I just really wish i had a huge house i would have at least ten dogs needing a home x

You did good for Murphy. Heart wrenching circumstances but you did your best and of the two I'd say Murphy was more needy. Pickle will find a good home. I to would have a dozen if I had space and time.
