well tomorrow i think i will probably become a foster mummy to an 8 month old male staffy whoop <:-P alot quicker than i expect but from the same resuce ppl. he was found with his mum and dad, but his mum and dad are being PTS in the morning so he is desperate for somewhere to go and where he is he keeps crying for his mum and dad, so they think river can help ease him.. River and the pup are being introduced tomorrow others in the know will be here to help with it all so if all goes well i will be a foster mummy oh the boy has been neutered. which was one of my man concerns...

Wow, that is fast! So sad about his mum and dad . Hope it all goes well for you though! My guess is that you will have some serious excitement in your home very soon! Congrats!

i know, i only decided to really get another yesterday...lol thought about a month or so.. the thing is if all goes well then it will become a forever home lol lol..i am really excited.. the house will soon be buzzin with staffy energy

and he is only a pup and i dont want him to have the same fate as his mum and dad

i know i need to keep rational. and he is a foster placement. thank you, im sure there will be more posts to come. river is such a good girl despite all my posts. i am now looking through internet for info on 8 month male staffy puppies.. as well as on here lol thank you for your support. obviously if river dont accept him then its a no go..

flip. i would be taking the mum and dad immediately. those poor dogs. very happy about the puppy though

the mum and Dad are 6 and 12 they are still fighting to find them places. because i have river, it was only suitable for me to foster the puppy. i couldnt cope with 4 dogs anyway, but at least one is safe.

good news and bad news .. good new is they managed to find a placement for his mum and dad with about an hour to spare yayayayay!! the bad new is that they couldnt contact where he is today so they are assuming he has settled. which is good news for him as i am very happy they are all saved just bad news for me cos i was so excited

however unfortunately there will be more puppies and dogs needing rescuing, fostering and forever homes cos ppl fail to do there homework before picking what they think is there breed.

Why are they disposing of his parents?!?!!
And awesome, I'm fostering as well!!

So relieved that the parents were saved and he has a chance to grow up as a dog should. The dog you need will find you.

There certainly are and when the times right River can have a play mate.

Took my friends collie cross out today with Moo, should have seen them playing! One day she will have a buddy.

My lil foster was playing with my friends Presa Beautiful to see, and I will probably only buy if I feel the animal is being sorely mistreated.

the owner of the 3 dogs died suddenly so Rspca wouldnt take them cos they where staffys ( apprently Rspca are like that in some areas ) so they went to the pound. Their 7 days where up and as mum and dad are 6 and 12 they didnt think they would find placements for them. but people where working hard and as i said with an hour to spare a family gave mum and dad a home.

there was also a case in Manchester where in a home socail services came in and removed 2 children called Rspca where they removed another dog and about 7 other animals all in horrendous conditions. but left the Staffy there cos they said they dont take staffys and if they took him he would be PTS asap. socail services lady was phoning everyone she could think off and he got saved to

i have stopped my DD with RSPCA cos the story's i have heard lately have made me cry i thought i was donating to help animals, not to a company who have selected picking process.. to say i am truly shocked with RSPCA is shocking there are more storys where they wont help other animals in there time of need i thought thats what they where about. in my thinking atm they might as well join ranks with chuffin Gumtree!.. sorry rant over

anyway... your all right, when the time is right the right dog will find me, and it is nice to be able to open your house day or night to a dog that will otherwise get PTS..

if anyone is intrested there are pages on FB that work 24/7 to make sure dog remain safe. they are looking for fosterers im not sure if im allowed to be saying all this if not i shall remove and sorry but if your interested i can give you links etc..
