Pheasant!
I was given 2 pheasant i have plucked and gutted then froze them i had being wondering would it b ok 2 feed

From what I have just read in the link below your dog would be OK to eat pheasant. By all means please read it yourself though.

I don't think it would hurt but I have no experience with feeding raw. I have always used kibble. I'm sure one the the experts in this area will be along soon

aw its a shame your giving them to the dog. the meat is a a bit dry when cooked but the juices make a fantastic tastey gravey

yep fine for doggies you can even give it to them with the feathers/head etc still on makes it more interesting for them

Much too good for doggie to eat if you ask me. I have tried pheasant before and it is quite nice.

Only thing is that if shot, make sure all buckshot is out before feeding. Feathers on is fun for them, but a little cleanup is required. Defo an outside treat. Lol

Since putting up the post Murphy has polished off a pheasant and he really enjoyed it from wat i had seen! Dont get me wrong i like the bird 2 but i am sick of eating them! I wouldn;t b overly pushed on giving him a bird feathers and all! THAT WOULD B 1 ALLMIGHTY MESS!

As already said - find out how the birds were killed. If they were shot, then make sure that all the pellets have been removed from the carcass before you feed or you could end up with lead poisoning!
