Hi all

Zac normally picks up the odd twig on his walks, but on tonights walk he was a demon lol ... He was putting twigs, stones, bits of paper and even a discarded sock in his mouth!! I spent half the walk telling him 'no' and 'leave it' and pulling him away. Does anyone else have this problem or is it just a puppy thing Smile

Very much a puppy thing! Everything they come across goes into the mouth!

You just need to keep your wits about you & step in quick! Dempsey's favourite was always dirty tissues.... sick

"Pavement hoover' - great way to describe them. Tyson as well but he is getting better.

You could try using a halti - that way you have control of the head so you can turn her away a lot easier.

We still have this with Rocky everything it seems has to be checked over for approval first by his mouth then he will sniff at it, but then he is a strange boy.

Lol its funny what they find! Zac is obsessed with twigs ... He picks them up, has a chew, spits most out, and repeats the process Smile

Tonight was twigs, tissues, some plastic covering and a mcflurry cup!!
