Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me and my fiancé, what it is, we have a Staffy (obviously) and a 2 year old female cat. We actually do want a kitten, would that be wise or very very stupid?
We don't want to put the kitten is any harm or make our two pets we already have under any stress.

Thankyou!

TBH I think it's difficult to say as outsiders - you know your dog/cat best. Cats are in general very tricky when introducing new cats - but it can usually be done with some patience. As long as you know you can keep your dog from hurting or scaring a little kitten (either by nature or by obeying commands) I see no problems adding to the family.

I suppose it depends on whether your dog likes your present cat? I think if you are there for the intro and always supervising when the animals are together it should be fine. (as long as you can control your staff if he gets too boisterous
