Gentle leader
After having said I don't like halti's and those kinds of things that go around the muzzle, I finally relented and got a gentle leader because I just couldn't handle Charlie's pulling anymore and harnesses were completely ineffectual. All I can say is WOW! I wish I'd gotten one sooner! The difference was instant and although he HATED it at first, after having it on a.few times, he's now used to it and gets excited when I bring it out cos its walk time.
For anyone struggling with their dog pulling, I completely recommend the gentle leader

Re: Gentle leader
I think im going to have two invest in two of them. The boys pulling is really doing my head in, to the point now that i really am struggling walking them both together. Ty used to be the worst but isnt half as bad as kaos now. Ty is more of a constant medium pull but kaos is litterally crawling across the floor half the time..... how much are they?

Re: Gentle leader
im gonna order 2 now i think....couple of questions though. What size should i get? Also does the lead like clip on to the head collar so u can just unclip it to let them run around off lead or do u have to take the whole head thing off to do that? Also can they drink pant etc normally when wearing it?

Re: Gentle leader
Yes thats the one Caryll.
Carly, yes, they do unclip easily, and you won't need a harness. Its been a godsend. Let us know how it works with Ty and Kaos

Re: Gentle leader
Glad it worked for you. Unfortunately, Monte hated it so much that he pulled harder and I was worried he would hurt his neck.
