ever had that feeling

i,ve just got back from the most perfect walk ever,same walk i do every morning before i go to work.the birds were singing in the woods,the sun was just coming up over the hill and felt really warm.felt good to be alive,i know it sounds soppy but on mornings like this just walking with your dog makes all the rubbish that happens to you worth while!

Yes it is a great feeling isn't it. It's a shame all days can't be like that.

I felt pretty similar this afternoon when we went for a lunchtime walk on the fields...
