really worried skin tag on lip
hi , i am new to this but would welcome advice . i have a 7 year old staffy called sirius.
he has a skin tag on his lip on the outer side when looking closer i noticed that in the same place but on the inside he has something that looks like a wart but is white in colour it doesn't seem to be bothering him but i am worried.
can this be cancer i have booked him into the vet.

Re: really worried skin tag on lip
I'm not really sure what it could be. If you could post a pic someone might be able to offer an opinion. You are right to schedule a trip to the vet though. Always better safe than sorry. Hope it all works out and please keep us updated.

Re: really worried skin tag on lip
Hi & welcome.
It could be a lot of things, but with anything like that a vet's opinion is best. It might be a wart, or just a skin tag. Even if it is a tumour, the chances are that it's benign.
So try not to worry & just have a chat with the vet. Please let us know how you get on.
