scared ronin
Hi, i got my puppy ronin when he was 1 year old. Ive had him two months now, hes a brilliant dog. The thing is he seems to be scared of a lot of things. A wooden chair, a table, a mop, a brush, a vacuum and ocassionaly dogs no matter the size. Other times he seem bold and fearless but as i said if a vacuum falls over or a wooden chair is moved then he runs and hides. He wont eat his dinner next to a brush even though hes the hungriest dog ive ever seen. Just wondering if this is something he will grow out of, or should i be taking some steps to help him be braver.
Thanks for any advice anyone can give.

Re: scared ronin
I think all dogs are jumpy of certain things. I would introduce these things slowly (well you can't a chair as you need them) but the hoover and brush, and act as if there is nothing wrong with them. I suppose I'm what I mean is don't make out anything is different, just carry on doing these things and he will learn that they are not scary. He has only been with you for 2 months so he is still settling in too
