Re: stupid clocks!!!
I only realised last nite after watching the Ikea ad that they had changed! Otherwise I would have been an hour early for work!

Re: stupid clocks!!!
I miss daylights savings time. Used to be one of my favorite days because I could get an extra hour of sleep but we don't do it over here

Re: stupid clocks!!!
A few years ago I forgot about changing the clocks & turned up at church an hour early. Standing in the middle of a quiet church I said "Bloody hell, we're too early". I thought I'd said it quietly, but it echoed all around the church just as the priest came out with the altar candles!

I miss it too, we don't have it in Western Australia yet majority of the other states here in Oz do (Queensland doesn't either). My folks are now 2.5 hours ahead of us and some of our other friends are now 3hrs and the ones that live in Qld stay 2 hours ahead. Does my head in trying to remember what time it is everywhere else

Re: stupid clocks!!!
knew someone would get confused!
I only ever look at the time on my phone, tv and laptop, and they change automatically anyway. No clocks in the house so no confusion here.
Although I didn't get an extra hour of sleep because my darling little boy woke an hour earlier than normal to make sure I once again didn't benefit from more sleep! So we were sat downstairs at half 5 waiting for Hollie and Ian to wake!
