Im so pleased the dog wasnt put down.But the owner should be.Its people like him who give staffys a bad name.

If the dog was that hot and looking for shade, why not do the sensible thing and take him inside where it is cooler and give him a drink of WATER?! Another irresponsible owner adding to the breed's bad name!
