Curious!!!???!!?

Just curious on what others think Zaya may be crossed with?
I actually took her off a friends hands who said she was a staffy.....and that he was told she was full bred.
shes about 7 months.....and is a tiny little girl.....shes lanky and not as full as most staffies ive seen on here....just curious as to what my baby could be

Hard to say from the picture on your intro. Do you have any side profile pictures or a closer standing one? It is hard to say though at that age. She has a lot of growing and filling in to do yet.

I can't say either from thepicture. It's hard to tell really until they have matured more and devolped some distinguishing characteristics.

True it could be anything though looking at the expression and if you say shes tiny maybe she has a bit of JRT or patterdale in her? Only saying this because I have seen a staff x patterdale before and he looked very similar but your pup is still a baby!

I think puppies grow in a strange way - one bit of them grows at a time (last week, Violet looked part sausage dog, because her body had grown length wise, but her short legs hadn't grown to catch up). Just now Violet doesn't look too different from your Zaya, except maybe in the snout area, but she has the same skinny legs!

Maybe Patterdale or JRT?

She is just so sweeeeet. Still quite young so hard to tell, maybe a bit of Border Collie there. The reason I say that is because Rocky is part Staffy part Border Collie and they do look very similar and she has a fairly long snout. Will be interesting to see how she turns out. She is gorgeous! Staffs go through some very odd looking fazes around this age but i must admit i would be pretty certain your girl is a cross and would guess at a lean small breed maybe whippet? Or could be as caryll says JRT

Yeah, I can understand wondering, but I really can't tell myself. Could be so many different things. Also, could just be a longer snout and gangly stage. I think she is great looking no matter what. Seems to have a nice personality too!

I have really thought about all those...i even thought lab for awhile until she stopped growing upwards lol.

I thought JRT just because she is OUT OF CONTROL and has the energy of a crazy person but then again every terrier does.....and her build right now is that of one.

i wonder mainly because i wanna know what her size will be but i guess we will have to find out, shes a mystery!!! =)

she looks so sweet. if you look across the range of members everyone looks slightly different. even in your pics she looks tiny and then big next to the other dog. gorgeous coat on her!

Believe me she is the sweetest thing.....she might just look small to me cuz I see her everyday....& dont see a big change in growth.
