Vaccine

Is they a vaccine for kennel cough.Ive had my dogs vaccines books out earlier tonite,And had a look at the vaccines the vets give.And it didnt say they give vaccine against kennel cough,Im wanting my dogs to have it if they do the vaccine

Iirc kennel cough isn't just "one thing" its a virus like influenza and a bacteria in combination.

Vets don't normally do a routine vaccine for kennel cough. They will if you ask them, but they'll point out that there are several strains of the virus (a bit like flu & the vaccine for flu) and the vaccine will only protect against one or two of them.

Unless your dog is going into kennels or there is a particular problem with kennel cough in your area I wouldn't personally bother.
