Pee Breath! Empty Pee Breath!

Help!

We've noticed Paddy (for some reason) has urine smelling breath! It's recently gotten worse. We've guessed at dehydration (though he drinks fine) and obviously his food/diet but would really appreciate some help here.

He saw the vet on Thursday who gave him a clean bill of health.

He's 12 weeks old. Teeth pristine. Drinks water fine and eats well (dry puppy food). Just has really pee smelling breath!! Crying or Very sad

Weird?! confused
Beau's breath smells like iron, and Ruby always like fish? We got Ruby some dentasticks and she has one a week and it stops it xx

Rang the vet today. Was told it's either kidney failiure or something he's eaten.

Luckily his breath is fine today but I'm still so worried Sad

Change of diet though now!
