Depending on how I feel... sometimes it is just anything with an alcohol content I really enjoy Moscato or a really nice white wine. I don't actually drink much, to be honest (spoken like a true alco )

Ohhhh but i do make a Bailey's Cheesecake It's very yum, the alcohol is basically cooked out of it (I know, I know... there goes the fun!) but it still tastes like baileys.... mmmmmmmmm Calories are HUGE (just like my backside after eating too much of this stuff and not exercising )

I make a pretty nice melted chocolate base rum'n'raisin cheesecake.
However, a good Scotch & Dry goes down well.
As does Cointreau or a really good Mojito.

I love Malibu and coke and Archers and lemonade. I alo like Disarono and coke. ooh I really fancy a drink now, luckily I got a bottle of Rose in the fridge, will be back in 2 secs when I've poured myself a glass
