Lola update

Hi all

not been on for a while, hope you and your doggies are all well.

well Lola is doing fine she is still growing and getting chunkier by the day. she is still on BARF but totally hates tripe, I'm glad really as it smells like stuff she rolls in over the fields
All her scabbies have gone and she only riffs now and again, so I'm guessing it was probably grass pollen.
She still cries, well screams in the car and was hoping to go away this weekendto north wales for a few days as my daughter has a long weekend, but not sure i could cope with her screaming for 2 plus hours in the car, it's ear peircing, suprised she doesn 't break the windows in the car haha.

We are waiting to hear about a staffie cross who is currently about 3 weeks old, seen the pics and they are lovely. Mom is black and white staffie and dad is heinz variety but he does look a bit colly'ish (border collie), so just waiting for the 8 week phone call and we will go and see them and hopefully bring one home with us.

At what age can boy doggies do the deed as I need to get Lola spayed but what with her skin condition and her being on anti-biotics i wanted to leave it, but now as we are hopefully getting a boy I need to know the window I have between him being able to mate and her being done?

She is becoming very clever in asking for what she wants now, she will sit right next to me and paw me to death if i don't pay her any attention or if she wants to go out or even wants her tea it becomes quite annoying when one is trying to type and she is relentless haha.

That's about it really, and now I'm waffling, so I'm off to cartch up on all I've missed

awww glad lola is doing well!! ... fingers crossed for the phone call males can be castrated from 6-7months up .. Vinnie was done at 7months old and he has no problems at all (infact when he was done you wouldn't of even known unless you looked closely at that area lol, was a bouncing bean! haha.

thanks Janey, I knew you were going to ask about the pics I have a few, but havn't taken many for a while as Lola just hates the camera, not like her mum haha, so have lots of back end pics when she suddenly realises I've turned the camera on and does a swift turn round.

Aw, she's looking so gorgeous!

Males can do the deed any time from about 4 months upwards! So if she's due a season I'd be very careful around that time!!

She is a very lovely dog but do indeed keep an eye on her if she is coming into season and thinking of brining a male into the house..

Just took her over the field and once again she found the smelliest poo to roll in, that's 3 baths she's had this week, smelly Lola ggrrrrrr
