Re: need help with lola
You must go back to basics with her , possibly get her checked by the vet as well and see if she has any form of infection.

Stay outside with her until she does it then reward her with a treat and make a fuss of her , how long after she has eaten are you walking her ? .

Re: need help with lola
Take her out after eating, playing or sleeping and stay out with her until she goes and than praise her like crazy

Don't leave the back door open. If you close it you will encourage her to 'think' about having to go outside.
Try walking her before her feed, leaving the meal until about an hour after the walk.
Back to basics - Take her into the garden after play, just waking up etc.

Agree with the others here, back to basics you go by the sound of it.

yes, take her out, don't give her a choice. When she's older she can probably wait a bit and tell you when she's ready.
Also, bring a treat with you and pop it in her mouth outside the SECOND she produces. This helped us get Callie back on track when she found at around 6 months that she really liked to poo on the left corner of the dining room rug.
