Rapid breathing Empty Rapid breathing

Hi,
Nero has had two incidents of rapid heart beat/ breathing while sleeping in the evening.I have read that this could be heat retaliated and the incidents do seem to have followed hot days.Any theories or advice please.Nero is 10 weeks old.

No,I don’t think he’s dreaming, his paws aren’t twitching, when he woke up he was gasping so we gave him water which he gulped down.I have kept him out of the sun today and cut down on the excitement. Didnt look right, chest beating as fast as that.Hey ho, live and learn.
