... I wish Axl would stop trying to "save" me when I'm doing Yoga lol he jumps up from wherever he's sleeping, circles me and either sits on me or gets underneath me and props me up. I love the fact he's helping in his little head but at this rate I'm never going to finish my DVD lol

Ah... I didn't know that was a feature of yoga as well, I thought it was just Pilates. Millie's convinced that part of the core strengthening work involved having a dog on you.
