New neighbour is the owner of the dog that attacked mia

Oh what to do? Sometimes i take mia in the garden to see the cat she likes wnt be able to do that now

I had to write a letter and ask for permission to have mia he better have permission otherwise ill be speaking to my housing association AGAIN

Think it's probably wise to find out which exit they use and go to the other one. Pain in the backside though.

Could you approach the other owner to discuss a way forward??, hopefully they are responsible owners and you could work something out, if not you may have to talk to the housing as you don't want to take the risk of Mia being attacked again xx

I would think twice before you speak to the housing people. Do you want to be responsible for a dog being taken away from its owner. I know you are in a tough situation but there's got to be another way of dealing with it.

i dnt want to debs hun believe me i dnt the dogs already attacked another dog at my house i wouldnt want to be responsible for a dog be taken from its owner.

It's a difficult one for sure. Have you spoken to the owner? Maybe work out a way to each use a different exit.

going to have to do that it would be pretty easy as the owner i on a different level from me their house is in the garden just means mia can't tart with the cat who she loves and i swear the cat loves her!!!

I feel so sorry for you, it makes me feel sick when I go past a dog thats attacked mine before on a dog walk never mind them actually living next door, id talk to the owner and if they dont listen then speak to the housing association.

im will be speaking to the housing association as far as im aware he hasn't written and asked for permission to keep the dog at the house and u have to. if i was to have kept mia and not told them they could have evicted me because of it.

Very bad idea crystal. If I were you I wouldn't do that what if the dog is taken away from him? Plus he will still be your Neigbour.
Go to the Neigbour and work out an arrangement when he's dog is secured and Mia can use the gardens, exits etc. I'm sure you can work out something. Good luck

I agree with Peppa I personally wouldn't go to the housing I couldn't be responsible for a dog being taken away or people being evicted. I thought you were going to talk to the neighbour, have you tried?
