what do you eat at work?

do you go to shop ot buy, so you make the same thing everyday or do you try to keep changing it?

what do you take for drinks?

At work I drink coffee. To be honest the mug is rarely empty. I usually have a large bag of fruit life savers on the go too but if the run out I'll have uncle Joes minty balls   

Fortunately I work close to home so can get back here and make a sandwich or if I'm feeling lazy I have muesli   

Anything I like, I work at the dining table next to the kitchen    

As I work in residential support all meals are paid for! Aswell as unlimited tea/coffee all day. If we're supporting in the community our meals are paid for also.

Depends. I either run home for lunch or pick something up. Home is roughly 10 min from my office (unless of course I'm working from home).

I try and take different things for lunch so I don't get bored, sandwiches, salads, pasta, couscous then have fruit for snacks   

Trying to eat more healthy stuff so I have a box of veg and fruit basically I buy cheap bottles of squash that I then dilute at work as and when I need
...if I'm lucky there are cake scraps going and I get to have some! yum!

i dont eat..i know thats bad but i just cant during the day. black tea and a ciggie for breakfast, water and ciggie for lunch lol.

Nath!! you must eat!! chewing a ciggie is not good nourishment!    

Normally I just drink water and take either a tuna fish pack or a sandwhich
