i went upto 15 stones

Well done. You could try keeping healthy snacks around like jerky or just stop drinking for a week or 2 so your tolerance drops

i'm going try to do the 100 day without beers, i done around 4 days

The first week is rough. A little extra exercise will help with the sleep. I'm going to be giving my liver a rest again soon as well

I've had to go for an entire year before
I felt allot healthier but got pretty irritable

I can't keep away from the cruel people Lee.. They are my 2 Dart teams... Wait a min... Maybe I need to rethink this, would Pool be a better game
I'll have my few days in Dorset and think about that... Staying in a pub will surely help

Add in the mosquitos, snake, other vermin and poor living conditions it should not be allot of fun
