Wisdom Panel DNA results !!!!

I don't know if i mentioned it to anyone but i think curiosity got the better of me ( and the endless question's of 'what is she crossed with' !!) and i done a DNA test on Sky and the results have just come through ....
So here is what is says about her parents/grandparents

So folks going by what the DNA results said what do you think the mixed breeds are that Sky might be .. They said going on her readings there are a possible 3 other breeds that she MIGHT have in her ..

Right they've given me 5 different breeds which her DNA resembles the most but that doesn't mean she has all of them in her ... Get guessing guys and i'll tell you if anyone gets it right  

All I can say is she is cross.....oh so helpful

If I was to guess I'd say mastiff

These are totally random guesses due to her ears lol, maybe some spaniel, a smaller terrier?

Yes sazzle alot of people think rottie due to her being black & tan aswell but then they follow it with but she's too small to have rottie in her !!

Maybe abit of a clue then for you ... What other breed is black & tan ..

By the way the DNA place didn't know what colour Sky is or what she looks like before hand ..x

I wanted to know what she might be crossed with for health reason's aswell .. you know like certain breeds have hip problems or eye problems and for length of life aswell .. lots of reasons really but yeh curiosity was killing me ..

Go on then, put me out of my suspense!   

dobe cross mastiff (or gsd) great grandparents, that cross male with a staff female in the grandparents as a rough guess

4 ) Border Collie
5 ) Briard

They reckon the breeds are listed in most being linked to her DNA but that doesn't mean she is deffo got that breed in her !!

Not really sure meself but just had to see what it came back saying ..x

To think when she was growing up and we didn't have aclue how big she would turn up we just automatically said to people yeh we think she's xd with a rottie .. how different size wise could a rottie & a lancashire heeler be haha !! Very interesting, Rocky is apparently Border Collie cross according to his paperwork from the rescue centre.

Right get your heads around this folks !!! ... I recieved an email from Wisdom Panel asking me to log into my details as they have a very important msg for me .. It seems they got some of Sky's DNA results wrong and/or mixed up with another dog called Sky, they basically said the mixed breed bit on her DNA sheet is wrong and the breed of dog most related to her chromosome and DNA readings is a ........ Welsh Pembroke Corgi !!!!!!

So basically one parent is 100% full staff while the other parent is full staff crossed with a mixed breed with Corgi being the most likely (maybe in the grandparents gene's maybe)... So she is 75% staff and the other 25% is linked with a corgi somewhere .. Now after reading this i thought no chance has she got corgi in her somewhere until i looked up some corgi things and other breeds crossed with corgi's and i seriously think they are right because here's a pic of a rottie x corgi ..

I have to admit this little doggy does have a look of Sky about it and the owner said her dog can jump approx 5ft at a stand still and is an excellent hunter ..exact same things that sky does ..

Yeh me too Sazzle .. i thought i was loosing me marbles when they gave me the other breeds and i found meself just staring at sky trying to see the other breeds in her an i just couldn't haha !! ..

I think Skye is a bigger version of an Ormskirk (lancashire) heeler we had growing up xx

Yeh someone else said she could have lancashire heeler in her but i think its more than likely she has corgi in her .. maybe from her grandparents or something like that ..
