Hello all
Just wonder if anyone else thinks my lil man is a cross (not that it matters hes still my baby lol) its just ive had a few people ask if he has any mastiff in him one being a vet, I also met staffie X staffie/bordeaux last week and was the image of Zero mainly in the face well the mouth.
Its his mouth and head that just seem quite diferent to other staffies ive nosed at all my neighbours staffies lol all 8 and hes not the same in the mouth & head Rolling Eyes
I see his mum who was definately pure staffie and his dad looked like a basically "over grown" staffie with a huge head.
As so many people have now asked in the last few weeks im wondering, courious more than anything Laughing

I honestly wouldn't know but he looks very staffie to me Big Grin they can all look so different, but all stunners with it x x x

I didnt think he was crossed and it really wouldnt matter to me hes a lovely boy but when lots of people comment you start to wonder lol so i thought best place to ask was here
Big Grin but to be honest i dont care if hes a poodle cross donkey hes my lil man and right now is playing fetch gentle as can be with my 2yr old Love Struck

Nikki - I know how you feel , I have been in the same boat as you with Bruno but for different reasons, just let say I have got a very jealous neighbour don't know why as she has a staffy whos 6 days old than Bruno, perhaps its because i have a blue and its getting alot attention round here as noone has seen one before only in photo's.

But Zero looks 100 % staffy to me Smile

Yes he looks stafford to me they cant all look the exact same but all his features are there Smile
Dont take your vet on they know very little about standards

(Anne I do think jealousy could be part problem, theres A LOT of staffies round here and Zero does get a lot of fuss so you could well have a point Smile )

my boyfriends family had a staffy x bullmastiff (was just put down two weeks ago) and they have also got puppys they have from her when she was caught by one of there staffys and yours just looks like a staffy to me cant see anything else in him.

He looks very much staffy to me, and I have quite few staffy crosses around my area who I see every day, and Zero doesnt look like any of them. Smile

he looks good to me Big Grin i love the pic of him sitting on the reds head, my kaos does that all the time to my Ty. He could have all the space in the world and he will still wonder over to Ty and plop himself right on his head x

clearly a full staff....this is the problem with vets opinions, they often know very little about specific breeds...

we are so lucky with our vet (at last) he had a staffy from a small pup till it died of old age and loves Billy.
