You most certainly are not the only one Steve, the average age of anyone getting their first mortage is now nearer 40 years old I think. I had no choice when I was 24 than to get a mortage. Sad

I love living on my own, considered renting my spare room but I like being able to do what I want when I want without having to consider anyone else

Of course I'd like to spend more time with my fella but we both have our own hobbies and lives it would be far too much pressure to even consider living together

So glad I bought when I did had a bit of help from the rents with the deposit and yes it has tied me to the area but I own property and my mortgage is less than £300 a month so can't complain

It's weird I've never felt lonely at home even before Ledger

But then I've always gone to football/skydiving/Thai boxing had people from work to meet up for a brew with think I just appreciate having solitude peace and quiet when I want it
