Puppy hates going out

Is it normal for 16 week old puppy
To hate going out.
I afto to carry him about 100 metres and then he is ok
Will this carry on

Any info will be great

Whats his body language like,and whats your routine when taking him out

He makes him self heavy. And he goes out twice aday
Once in morning 20 min
Then round about 3 o clock 20 min
Once he is out is fine. And i dont want to keep carrying him out

just keep at it hes only 16 weeks old

My puppy didnt like the lead being put on him always ran under the bed etc,but after awhile he got use to it,now he crys to get walked every day lol, i didnt give him any treats or nothing but can be a good idea and like steve said, just keep at it.

Darcy still has off days were she doesn't want to go out! But keep at it he'll get there

Yeh its been cold and raining. I wouldnt really wanna leave a warm house.
Ill see how he goes over the next month are so

Does Bruce have a coat to wear, he may be feeling the cold ?

Lola used to hate it too! She was okay by 4/5 months - as Steve says, keep at it. He'll be dragging you out before you know it    (Bruce, not Steve...........)

Mine hate leaving when cold, raining, windy, dark and cold... but they need their exercise and as others say, only 16 wks old so keep up the good work. Routine is key and once it turns sunny... I doubt you’ll have the same problem. More like he wants to go out every 2 min...

Yup absolutely,as soon as i wake up he crys for a walk and then some  

Rocky is 5+ months and he is similar with walks.

Initially [3-4 months old ]he would hide when he saw the harness and I also had to carry him off our drive and Close, then he would walk of his own accord but still with caution.

He is slowly improving and does walk now without an issue and seems to enjoy the walk, although he still cowers when he initially sees the harness.

This do and will improve with your pup i'm sure.
