Yer so about £8 ish pounds a month not horrendous, as I said others will follow suit anyway.

they already have but less

up North & Southerner Scotland it's only 7% , south and south east is 10%

west and east it's between 7% to 8.2%

So if Janey reckons that works out 8 quid a month ish then about 2 quid a month differenrt to live somewhere else , you can run that up by leaving the TV on by accident

Not something that really bothers me, I didn't even know until you said it direct debit changes and I have no clue.

As a northerner that has moved down south I dont turn on heating 20% later than the normal southern shandy drinker so it works out well for me. What I class as mild and tshirt weather they are all wrapped up like Eskimos...

It's true we have (usually) balmier weather down here, so a cold breeze makes everyone moan! But we shouldn't have to pay over the odds for our gas and leccy!
