Took Rocky out for his afternoon walk along the river and we saw a big frog or toad not too sure how to tell the difference. Didn't have my camera with me so no picture sorry

Stuck in on my 4th day of a flare up  feeling sorry for myself.  So not much for me either.

what wrong hayley?

I've got rheumatoid arthritis in my SI joints Steve (R & L side base of spine) they are weaning me off one drug and putting me on another so I'm a bit all over the place with the pain.

I'll try anything janey.  Were currently trailing methotrexate injections side affects sure yucky, But better than the tablets. It's taken three and 1/2 years to get this far, I think I'm part guinea pig or at least they think I am 

Poor you Hayley big hug from me too. My sis in law has similar flare ups with all her joints but it is an auto immune system disease. So I do feel for you Xxxx

Oh and nowt exciting for me only work and had a lovely salad for tea it did look pretty!

I give Moo a forever gel, its aloe vera, designed for humans but you can also give it to animals. It has worked wonders for her and since being on it she is off all forms of pain relief.

Had a sort of good day taking the pups to the big park and then bathing them. Knackered now!

Rheumatoid is an auto immune disease, the jabs are disease modifying   I feel for your sis in law

I don't think it tastes great but has worked for me and another friend

I powerhosed the stables today and had to clear about 6 drains full of *!

Yep! And it just flew into my face and hair and up my nose. Doesn't help my poorly eye either. (Fell asleep with my mascara on and woke up with a weepy eye lol)

I need something to ease the pain in my knee - really getting to me.

Erm work last night so slept until 3pm, usual trip to the post office, postman bought me a box of goodies  and now back off to work in a few minutes

I ordered it from amazon, but they have it on eBay too, I think you drink it caryll

I was introduced to it by my old boss, but found it cheaper on ebay, there are gels but we have the orange flavour drink, ranges from £20 + depending where you find it, but it has almost been a miracle to us Xx

There are creams too but I haven't tried them, Moo would lick it lol xXx
