Well after waking up with a panic attack, struggled through the hair I had to do. Walked Vin to get some fresh air and cooked a lovely roast lamb dinner with fresh mint out the garden. God I enjoyed it also 2 pieces of my Lemon drizzle cake! So basically eating all day   

nommy - took Moo for a couple short walks, popped to the pub as per.

How about you steve?

do nath all i went around my sister to pick the snails and slug off my dads spuds plants i shouldn't be helping but i think i wont alreadt anyways.. took the dogs out that is it really ooo i went to do a bit of food shoping

Not only did I not get an invite for roast Lamb   , I also didn't get an invite to the pub   

Will just have to make do with an evening here in the club

At work since 0700 picked Ledger up from my dad to find he hadn't had a walk due to the rain so nipped home (soooo tired) had a quick walk around the park and got the Ledge his tea then knew sitting down would be fatal so rushed straight out to a Thai boxing class

Got home took Ledger out again for a good run with the ball as it had stopped raining, home, shower, banana bread baking and heated up some left overs for tea now catching up with Hollyoaks, Supervet and Derek and a coffee...

lol I've figured if they are certified i might stand a chance. pretty hot and can hold a conversation. bonus is she works in a shop selling posters and calanders so thats all my families presents sorted for crimbo lol.

Nothing exciting been at work all day, boyfriend works nights so it's just me and axl watching t.v he wanted to watch top gear re-runs but I have the remote so I'm watching penny dreadful 1-0 to axl lol oh and I won the fight for the comfy sofa too!

Had an early hospital appointment, came back and wrote a training plan for my friends beagle, took bis out for a few hours hike! Watched a weird documentary about Americans keeping lions/tigers as pets :S cooked a roast and hung out with Martyn and bug for the evening, listening to him playing guitar and just chatting really. Now prepping meals etc for a 29 hour shift :/ (10 hour day shift, 10 hour over night and then 9 hour day shift tomorrow!) phew!
