As you know I put hot water in Dragons dry food to get him to eat it like some of you said but before I give it to him I take the water out of his bowl and the dry food goes soggy and the biscuits lose colour, I'm just thinking does it kinda take some goods out of the food if I take the water out?

Also I put quite a bit of water in so it smells proper and he eats it, how much water should I add, a tiny little bit or? And should I keep the water in or drain it out before I give it to him?

I put the water from the boiled mince I give Logan with his dry food.

You don't wanna drain it away, a lot of the important fats/oils are in that water.

Do you add it boiling?

Add only a tiny bit then leave it to go mushy and add more if you need to to get it to the consistency he likes. He won't like it too mushy and the amount of water won't have much effect on the smell, if anything the less water the more it will smell as more can mask it.
