They should have banned him from owning dogs for life, & not suspended the sentence. And what's the point of banning for 10 years anyway, when he can apply for the ban to be lifted in 5 years? Crazy.

the rspca inspector said it was a good result ,breeze had been suffering for a long time and what did that piece of s..t get,a 10 year ban,disgusting.

good result my ***e , as said above , life ban , tougher prison sentence minimum , but to me this is a hanging offence

Unfortunatly the RSPCA's idea of a good result is getting in the press and making lots of money. I've never understood why bans are not lfe time bans. Owning an animal is luxury not a neccessity so if they treat animals like that I agree they should be banned for life.
