Thought i had seen it all...then saw this

After a mother pushing her pram out in front of my car i thought i had seen it all.

these are the kind of people that should not have dogs,

Not have kids nevermind dogs!

And unfortunately the dog is the one who will be punished for this.

It was of a mother filming her daughter annoying a dog and the dog was attacking the baby and it was laughing and running back and annoying it again and the moms sitting laughing too and the poor dog is clearly trying to get away and the kid is lucky it was being VERY good or it really could have hurt it, the dog was mouthing the kid to try and warn it to go away. just horrible
