Hurt my knee a bit

Suki and one of her friends ran into my knee yesterday. It didn't seem too bad at the time but today on the treadmill I either rehurt it or aggravated it and am now limping just a bit.

you probably argrevated it cos it would have had a nice rest during the night. they really dont care what they bump into do they Lottie is for ever swiping everyone with her backside in our house. hope your knbee feels better soon

Take it easy and try to keep the weight off it for a while. Is it swollen?

Nothing swollen just a twing of pain when I step wrong. I figure both of my knees will eventually go from years of sports and other abuse just don't want it to happen at the dog park

I'm only 6 years older than you. I think you may be right though. I think all the abuse I've put my body through is catching up in a hurry
