I have a really sensitive stomach and all of my favorite food sometimes give me a stomach ache. The only thing that I like and I can always count on not to give me a stomach ache is Seasoned Wild Rice. I always feel good after eating it plus it's got vitamins and minerals added in so it would probably keep me relatively healthy. I think it would be a suitable forever food for me!
