Rant alert!!!!!!!!!!

Yet again a person with a bad image of Staffys spoiling our walk!!

Was having a nice chilled walk with my girl she sees three people walking towards us and trots over to say hello.

They get closer to me and he shouts get her on a lead. Bear in mind all she had done is wag her tail at them then go off to sniff some grass. He sas she's a pitbull put her on a lead.

Rips is a staffy last time a checked!!!!

Rips went close to them and he started waving his big umbrella at him.

I told him she's not a pitbull and that's he was being really judgmental of her and me.

Was so angry and upset for the rest of the walk. a black lab walked passed while this bloke was shoutiNg at me and rips was really friendly to it. God I gave him a piece of my mind .

Next time he decided to spoil someone's walk I hope it's someone who deserves it.

That's a shame. It's sad that the breed has such a bad reputation.

And breath lol, funny looking pitbull if ever I saw one! Some bloke said that to my mum when she walking Moo once, he then proceeded to pic his pup up and leave his kids standing there

This is one thing that really grinds my gears lol, but seriously it's all media hype there are hundreds of dog "attacks" every year and a small smal majority of them involve staffs. And 9 times out of 10 they don't tell the full story these little yorkies and jack russels are a hell of a lot more nippy than staffs but these don't get reported as people see theses breeds as friendly. If only people would read up on staffs or actually got to know one there opinions would change.

It makes my blood boil. When we got our first Staffie, Tara, a couple of my family stopped coming over to my house saying they didn't want to bring their kids as she was a vicious dog. Broke my heart but if they want to be ignorant that's their fault

Aww, that makes me sad, for owners and doggys and the silly people!
We've not encountered any sillys like that, but there a quite a few staffys near by and some even bigger bull-breeds and even a few rottys about! Nobody really looks twice at Buddy!

Poor baby!!! Ppl like that need muzzling!! Grrr
