AVG Alert Empty AVG Alert

Its only started happening today and i don't whether its this site or my laptop,soon as this site comes on my laptop i get avg alert saying threat was blocked but it gives out file name 94.136.40.103 Threat name Malicious site (more info)

Anyone else had this ?

I don't even have to sign in without it coming up. maybe i have done something to my laptop i don't know , right i am going to try some program and see what happens or even restore lol

Thanks Steve for looking into it for me, no i didn't go to any of the website on the site that lists them, i am going to look for a new anti virus program Smile and get rid of avg caused alot of problems and see if that does the trick which i think it will Smile

i think NOD32 one of the best anti virus but it cost alot more than other, Norton is ok (people call it only be because they dont know how to use it but some time they are slow at updates), my friend as been raving about Kaspersky, bulldog is a pretty good one also

I use ESET NOD32 & it works fine for me - I think it's around £25 per year.

I was alright till i ran a avg scan

I have webroot. I got it from PC world on a special offer. 5 licences for £30. Not had one problem with a virus. Bargin

i had norton had a few probs took it off and put on avg and found loads ov trojans and virouses norton didnt pick up on and had no probs since

I use free antivirus lol.I have avast free antivirus,spyware blaster and ad aware.Never cost me a penny and never had any problems Big Grin

I use AVG Free Edition 2011, MalwareBytes AntiMalware, CCleaner, Spybot Search & Destroy, and Advanced System Care, all free and have no problems at all, although I do run updates and scans once every 2 weeks to keep my system clean.
