Are they any good? I've only had the standard pancake with maple syrup.
There pretty good. Cutting weight is just a bit harder now that I'm almost in my mid 30's. I figured I would drop some excess weight now before I got to old and it got even harder.

Re: What did you have for dinner?
We went to a friend's place and she is originally from Serbia, so cooks loads of traditional meals and her husband cooks loads of meat of the BBQ, this is a list of what was on offer: we started with cheese, biscuits, cheesy pastries, turkish dips... the main meal: russian salad (this took her 2 hours as everything has to be hand cut so small!) greek salad, slow cooked beef, marinated chicken, lamb cutlets, sausages, turkish bread... dessert: home made biscuits and cake with cream... along with alcohol, I won't required much feeding today!

LOL... I've eaten so much that I am still full hours later! I will be having pot noodles I think today! We never eat much before we go their house... I had 2 minute noodles around 2pm yesterday and that was it!! But, they are the best people in the world (awesome cooking and hospitality aside!)

You can visit When my husband and I came back here for 2 weeks when we were engaged (he needed to meet the family) he was more upset than me when we got back on the plane to return to the UK! I love it here, but I miss there too!

Re: What did you have for dinner?
LOL... we lived in Plymouth and before moving here, my husband hated driving anywhere! He moaned that our wedding venue was too far... was in Cornwall and only about 30 minutes from home LOL. He drove to work and that was it. We walked most places because we lived in town and so close to everything. And, on his first trip to Australia, he saw on the little screen in the plane that we had just entered the country but was in Western Australia... he was getting all excited and getting geared up to get all of our stuff from the overhead lockers... I had to tell him quietly to sit down because we have another 7 hours before we reach Melbourne LOL. It was a bit cute

Sure did. I had to make a certain weight on a certain day for work. I'm going to try not to put on any holiday weight this year though but there are alot of work related obligations that center around food.
Tonight I had mushroom and potato stew.
