Some moron nicked my mobile

Getting off the bus today was traumatic. My kids were being pains in the butt, I had a load of shopping bags as well as my laptop and in all the furore in getting off the bus, I forgot my handbag.

Anyways, I went back to the bustop when I'd realised when I got home, caught the bus on its way back round and it turned out that my handbag had been found on the floor under the seat, minus my mobile phone and the cash from my purse.

I'm gutted cos I love my mobile, its a samsung galaxy s, and I've only had it (on contract) since the end of February. I'd rather they had nicked my purse than my phone cos I could have just cancelled my cards and ordered new ones.

What is going on how awful, but believe me I wish my phone had gone, then I would not owe £1000.

Aw no way, I would be gutted if I had my phone stolen. But like Lynne said at least you have your cash cards and don't have to go through the hassle of cancelling them all and prrofing it wasn't you that withdrew money!

Is there not CCTV on your buses? If so could they look at it to see who took the phone?

Oh hun it can be replaced, it's such an inconvienence and a horriable feeling. What nasty people to do it.

I found a nice phone whilst walking the other week and returned it, and someone found my perse last year and they returned it to me. Its just some people are vile. Sorry hun I know I would be gutted too

I've had to change all my passwords and stuff xos all my stuff is stored on my internet on my phone, logged on here to change this one, I was wondering if I'd find any bizarre posts from 'me' on here.

I've had the phone and sim blocked so whoever has it cant use it, but thats almost worse cos it means they stole it for nothing, if you get what I mean.

I dont have the money to replace it either, I'm so gutted, Got to use a crappy handset for now - makes me realise how far technology has come!!

I had mine stolen off our door step a month ago I left it there while I was doing the gardening, but went inside for 60seconds to get the extesion lead to use the strimmer. On my way backout seen a leaflet guy walking off but did not realise till later that day he had stolen it. He rang Egypt 4 times before I realised and rang to get the phone cut off and I was charged £30 extra for phone charges.

Was well hacked off.

Some bloody people are a nightmare! Cheeky git. If I found a mobile, or a bag or purse/wallet, I'd hand it in. i could never do anything like that. Some people just make me sick.

Shontelle, check your house contents insurance, you may be covered for loss of mobile phone on there, some do some don't, worth a quick check. Good luck.
