Nanny dog Empty Nanny dog

Big Grin Today I took Frank to my uncles to get him out the house for a bit, my uncles youngest daughter Leah was at home and like a normal 2 year old, VERY loud. I wasnt sure how Frank would be around a toddler but the Nanny Dog come straight to mind, he wanted to follow her around, sat very well at her side, and when she was out in her trampoline, he was under it following her shadow about!! batting eyelashes

When we are playing with him, he can nip our skin, specially if we are playing with toys, however not once did he catch Leah and i think she liked him just as much as he liked her <:-P

thats great to hear. lemmy not a nanny dog he just likes babies os he can pinch their dummy. shame my sisters 18 month old isnt a push over she just chins him and takes it back LOL

Just to round off the Post nicely, I was also very impressed to find out today after some more browsing about Breed Specifics that the Staffordshire is the only dog to have the words 'totally reliable' in its breed standard.

And also it's one of only two breeds of more than 190 recognized by the UK Kennel Club to have a mention of the breed's suitability with children. Big Grin
