Does he have any other symptoms? Does he seem depressed at all? Is he vomiting at all? I don't mean to startle you, but yellow diarrhea can be a symptom of Parvo. Which is common in young puppies. http://www.vetinfo.com/dparvo.html#b

A few days of diarrhea can cause some seriouse damage to such a young pup dehydration for one, One of the most important things to do is to keep your pup hydrated or it can lead to serious complications such as difficulty in breathing and seizures
If it lasts more than 24 hours he needs to see a vet, this is very important because he isn't even 2 months old.

Totally agree. You can't take chances with a pup, they can dehydrate very quickly. I doubt it's parvo, cause by now he'd be very ill indeed, but it could be any number of things. Although pups often get little upsets, they shouldn't last several days. I'd take him to a vet.

I would recommend the vets as well. You can never be too carefull with health espically with a young pup.

Have you changed his brand of food? This happened to me when we changed our puppy's food. We didn't realise we had to mix the old with the new for a few days.
If not then definately pop to the vets.

Agree .. Skye had a bad session of this when she was about 11wks old .. However it started on the evening and her sttool started to harden the next morning.
We found in skye's case it was a bad case of worms! .. We wormed her etc and she was back to normal in no time Smile.

Hope his better soon!!. I would seek veterinary advice tho' if its longer than 24hrs

I had a siilar problem and went to the vets and was told there are parasites that are pasedon form mother and other puppys in litter that remain present. So some tubes of stuff from the vets and £35 lighter in my wallet, Bella was all sorted in 1 day.
