Grrrr!!
im going to rant now because i cant believe some people!! .. surely if they had a brain they would be dangerous!! .. So i have on fb a girl i was at school with, currently she has 3 kids and another on the way! (im only 22!) .. ANYWAY, she had a staffy pup a while ago GORG lil thing!, she sold her when she was about 8months old because 'she was too much to handle with kids' (i was gonna have her but i had diesel at the time and he was dog aggressive, so was a no go!) .. lil while later she gets another dog, she gets to the age of about 7-8months and she sells this one too 'too much to handle with kids' .. then not long after that she rescued one, sold her a lil bit after and then did the same again!! .
Most recently she had a staffy 'pit cross' HIGHLY doubt she looks 100% staffy seems to me she is boasting pure cods-wallop! (been polite! lol) .. anyway what do you know! she reaches 8months and shes sold her too!! 'shes too much with another kid on the way'!!!!!
IS SHE SERIOUS!!!??? surely she should of learnt by the 1st dog that with her kids she cant cope with any animal let alone a dog therefore SHOULD NOT have them!! .. she seems to have them as pups and b4 they are 1 gradually getting bigger, sells them off!!! im seriously disgusted with her!.
she emailed me today asking me about when a pup can go out for first walks etc and mentions her moms just got a 9wk old bulldog pup and she wants him!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!

Re: Grrrr!!
I often wonder what people want from dogs, especially pups. Most of them can't control their own children, how the hell can they control & train a puppy?
I think anyone could have told her that with 3 kids & another on the way, a pup will be hard work - but then, would she have listened?

Re: Grrrr!!
most likely not, i have said to her plenty of times, why have you got another pup when you couldn't handle your last one with kids too, she always replys with "oh its different this time, the kids are getting older" .. her oldest must be like 4!!

Re: Grrrr!!
Thats what I mean, there isn't anyone to report them too.
Just have to watch numerous pups treated like that and then being rehomed /end up in shelters or pts Its disgusting and how easy it is to get one!!
I would have a very polite chat!

Re: Grrrr!!
Can't remeber where this quote came from or exactly how it goes but
"The definition of stupidity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result"
I really think you should have to have a license before being allowed to have a dog.

Re: Grrrr!!
Saxon came from a family that thought he was too much to handle with the kids. They learned their lesson, though. I can't believe this "woman" (in quotes because she is clearly still just a girl maturity-wise) STILL hasn't learned her lesson!

It was Ben Franklin (often misattributed to Einstein) and it's actually the definition of "insanity." One of my favorite quotes!jstaff wrote:"The definition of stupidity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result"

She should close her legs and stop popping out kids as well by the sounds of it.

I purposely switched out insanity for stupidity but I woould not have thought to contribute the quote to Ben Franklin.

Re: Grrrr!!
wtf? seriously?!
does she want to earn doing that or she just wants to have puppies? what the hell???
Is there any way to actually notify local rescue centres, breeders etc what's she's doing and that she's the last person you want to give/sell a dog to?

Re: Grrrr!!
she's never gonna take people's advice if she can't learn from her own experiences, stupid girl.
I know a girl in a similar situation (not learning from mistakes) she had two dogs a staffy and a kelpie who were absolutely crazy as she never spent any time with them, she 'loved' her dogs but lifes so hard when you have boys to worry about, so these poor dogs escaped from her back yard a few times to release from the boredum and monotony and attacked someones livestock. in the end they were destroyed... not a month later she has a new staffy pup to neglect!!!
just makes me want to spit!
