Newbie
Hi all
I'm a newbie :-)
My little staff is called Poppy. She is 10months old, and just going through her first season. Poor little thing is not happy at all....think she's having a little pain ( don't if others think this is true or that their girls have had the same thing but she is def not her usual self)
Anyhoo just wanted to say hello
Look forward to reading all your posts on here

Hi & welcome.
I'm not so sure that they feel pain, but their hormones sometimes make them a bit miserable & snappy.

Re: Newbie
Hi and welcome,
My Bella easn't in any pain when she came into season but she did feel sorry for herself and there were mood swings but nothing aggressive.
Its a difficult and messy couple of weeks for us owners and very stressful if you dont won't her to have a litter because the boy dogs will be very excited when you take her for a walk, so if you dont want pups keep her on a short lead.
It'll all be over in a couple of weeks...
