I don't see why not, but if you want a bully, get a bitch. I know a breeder who breeds both (although mainly staffs) and they keep them seperate at all times. If they're introduced properly they should be ok.

Be warned - Bullies are not easy dogs to have around - they're strong, stubborn (ok, that's like the staffs) and particularly thick (unlike the stafford)!

They are notorious chewers & many have died through blockage from things they've eaten.

If I were you I'd get several books on EBTs and read them thoroughly. I can recommend The Bull Terrier by David Harris. If you want some more titles, I have several.

Phone some breeders & have a chat with them about the bully temperament & character - the ones I have spoken to are refreshingly honest!

P.S. If you want to see some of the top bullies so you can choose who to go to, get the Bull Terrier Yearbook from Ukusa kennels. It's £25 but it's a beautiful book with loads of top quality pics!

They're lovely dogs, but it's got to be said that the first year can be a little hard work! Laughing

i always wanted a ebt, I'm absolutely certain their was a cartoon i was obsessed with as a youngster, their was a a white one with a black patch on its eye.....cant remember what it is or even if its real?!?!?! im 23 if that helps lol.

Introducing any dog/gender or breed needs a lot of patience and a keen eye! any can work if your prepared to put the work in =D x

May not be the same one, but Snoopy (of Peanuts fame) was originally modelled on Schulz's own Bull Terrier, but the general public thought it was a beagle, so he let them think it!

snoopy totally looks more like a bull terrier! I thought it was weird that he was supposed to be a beagle!

Well i have a sbt and 2 ebt and it goes great my stb is male and my ebt are male and female.
I see that my vito an duchess are closer cos they are the same breed and posible cos its male & female but with duke no problems here.
And yes the first year is hard but worth it.
