welcome back - that time has flown! how is saxon- did he miss you?

Thanks so much!! I had a great time in Finland. I learned so much about the language and culture and I really love it there. The trip went by WAAAAAAY to fast. I really miss all of my family and friends over there. I get along much better with that side of my family than with my dad's. I think that it's because I think in a much more Scandinavian than American way. Someday (perhaps in as little as 2 years) I will move there. There is no BSL/BDL in Finland and the boyfriend has already said that he would love to live in Finland.

It's great to be home, though! Saxon was excited for 20 or 30 minutes when he first saw me the other day now he's pretty much back to normal, though he does keep licking my legs.

Yay! Seen the pics, Sax is looking great (and the cats). Good to have you back on board, must be wierd settling back down again and as for a long term plan, sounds good to me

It is strange to be back. There are a lot of subtle differences between Finland and USA. They didn't really bother me coming from USA to Finland, but they are bothering me now, for some reason. Everything from the light switches and door handles to the hand dryers and toilet flushers is different. I'll get used to it again, I just hope it's soon!

Welcome back! Glad you had such a good time, I'd love to emigrate but my mum would never forgive me! Bet Saxon missed you loads!
