Hi & welcome.
That doesn't look like CDA to me - is the skin normal or is it rough & thickened? Has a vet ever mentioned it? How old is your pup?
I've got to say, I've only ever seen a patch like that when it has been deliberately shaved! I'm flummoxed if it's been there since birth! What did the breeder say it was?

Thanks for your reply.
When breeder took to vets they apparently did tests and nothing came back.
The skin isn’t thick or sore. It’s just got much less hair growth!

Well, then, I'm sorry, I've no idea! I'm 95% sure it isn't CDA though, if that's any help? It just doesn't seem to follow the normal progression.
