Dry lumps on my staffy pup

Hi guys I've recently got myself another staffy pup but have an issue. Friday I noticed a raised lump on his chest and instantly called for a vet appointment. The only time they could get me I was Tuesday. Now being Sunday I've noticed another lump on his leg. Just
wondering if anyone can shine some light on this and offer any ideas what to do while waiting for vet appointment. Thank you in advance.

At first glance they look like callouses, but on such a young one that seems unlikely.

Have you spoken to the breeder?

All we got back from the breeder was possibly skin condition or possibly be mite. But where the second one has now shown up seems to be inline for his chest when he has his paws tucked under him sleeping.
