Moving home with a nervous Staffy
Hi all,
My 9 year old Staffy is a very nervous dog. Doesn't like change, doesn't like loud noises/fireworks etc. and likes his home comforts.
Unfortunately, we have to move home in the next few days and I'm worried about him as we're having to move into a louder area and a much smaller house.
Is there anything I can do to help him during this move? Any tips would be much appreciated.
Thanks!

Is there a chance you can introduce your boy to the new house before the move?
I'd invest in some Pet Rescue Remedy & some Pet Remedy to ease his nerves beforehand.
Moving house is always a difficult time for dogs, but he will settle with time & patience.

Re: Moving home with a nervous Staffy
I’d maybe suggest to find “his corner” of the new house where you put his basket, cushion or whatever his retreat place is. Make sure they don’t get washed during the move so they’re his reference point.
Fingers crossed for you that the move goes as smoothly as possible.
