I absolutely LOVE being at home and spending more time with the pooches! We have a dog walker throughout the week and although its only an hour a day walk, the quality time is priceless. We've found a little gem of a walk that has everything we need... shallow stream, lots of hilly bits, fields, woodland area, got it all

All these extra cuddles, snuggles and play time are so precious

Just remember to keep your dog on a lead if there are other people /dogs around. Dogs can carry the virus on their fur!

On leads at all times

I'm reading all kinds of feeds relating to animals carrying Corona. People are dropping their pets off at the rescues because they think its contagious but im also reading theres no evidence to support this? Anyone got any clarification on this???

As far as I know, there have been a few reports (literally) of dogs and cats testing positive for COVID-19 but they have no symptoms and do not transmit to humans (for now).

Do be careful, corona virus is the name for this family of viruses and all animal species have their own corona viruses.
What is specific about the COVID-19 (and SRAS before) is that it mutated across species

It's now been shown that cats can carry Covid-19, but dogs can't. However, the virus can stay on a dog's fur for several hours, so the advice is to keep your dog on a lead & don't let other people pet him/her.

Recently a ferret tested positive for Coronavirus (not sure which strain) but showed no symptoms.

Gardening, I do it for a living or did! Now getting to do mine, not that I can get anything delivered to plant

No one wants to pet Vin anyway they are all scared as ,,,,,,, lol I am baking, gardening, growing seeds veg ones as both my jobs are on standstill for the for seeable x

I want to bake but I cannot get parchment paper anywhere... There’s two shops in my village and both haven’t had it since last week me and Luna started jogging together to get in some exercise lovely and sunny here last few days though so she is just in the garden being a sun piglet

Haha! So true, our walks dont seem any different! I had a 'to-do' with a donut this morning letting his dog run everywhere terrorising other other dogs whilst his owner was buried in his phone

Good luck jogging @Luna, my boy used to know the difference between my trainers and wellies, and wouldn't step out of the door if i had my trainers on needless to say my jogging lasted a week.

I’ve spent the past 2 weekends making material protective masks as it will soon be compulsory to wear one in public. It’s a recommended measure at work as from today so I’m taking the lead.
5 models/prototypes later , I’ve found a compromise that is tolerable for prolonged wear.

Otherwise I’m lucky enough to live in the country with my horses in my “garden” so lots of things to keep me busy
