We have a new enemy
Well here’s a funny one..
Hank has quite of lot of things he doesn’t like the look of which in turn have us howling but this is by far the best.
Me and the OH were sat on the sofa watch tv, hank was just wandering and playing about. Then we hear him growling in the kitchen and looking up, my first thought was there’s a cat and comes and sits on our window ledges and just stares hank out so thought it was him.. oh no when my OH went through to see what was bothering him it was a loaf of bread on the kitchen top that was stood up
Just to make sure if definitely was the bread my OH picked it up and brought it closer to hank and he continued to growl then ran to me he cracks me up haha

Re: We have a new enemy
Ah yes, alas I too have a few of things that turn Nifty into a barking fury.
OH when he is down stairs in the cellar
Me when I’m the other side of the baby gate putting the washing into washing machine
And she gets very very upset at our robot camera which looks a spitting image of the robot in the film Wall-e (she’s genuinely petrified of the thing)

Yup rough tough Staffies
Seriously, I've never known a breed that's so scared of plastic bags blowing in the wind or an upturned loaf

Re: We have a new enemy
haha oh yes Ian, Forgot about plastic bags a bin liner once got caught on the fence of the house opposite us and the wind was blowing it.. he was going ballistic I had to go over and get it and show him that it was a harmless bag he was still having little grunts to himself though after
I would seriously love to know what they are thinking when they get so spooked by these everyday items

Yes and I bet there’s going to be a few turned over with this wind we are having tonight! Oh god I can only imagine hank is yet to be scared of concrete animals and next door have a few in their garden!
